Starting with…

General Terms

- By requesting a commission you agree that you've read and accepted my Terms of Service
- This is a digital service, meaning you'll only receive a digital copy of the drawing. I do not provide any physical copies of any kind.
- I am only accepting commissions from legal adults, so by ordering from me you agree that you are 18 or older.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
- I will not draw in any style other than my own
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, commercial use (including NFT‘s) is strictly prohibited.
- I retain the rights of my work, which include but are not limited to distribute and/or using it as sample for self-promotion
- Uploading the finished artwork to social media is allowed as long as I am credited as the artist.
- Do not claim my art as your own.

About my Art

A very important fact to consider about my art is that I am constantly trying to change and improve what I do. I try keeping my examples up to date but if you want to be 100% sure please take a quick look through my social media to see my latest drawings. You can also message me to ask, especially if what you want to order has a lack of examples.

Payment / Refunds

All payments are handled via PayPal invoices. You can also use my Ko-Fi page but please ask before you do. Unless you are requesting directly on the page, that is fine of course.Normally I am asking for payment after the customer recieved and reviewed the first sketch of the requested commission. Payment can be done in advance on simpler orders if wanted.Refunds will depend on the current state of the drawing. If it is completely finished, I won‘t be able to refund you.
If I either have not started or barely spent time on it so far, you will get 100% refunded.
Everything in between depends on how far I am, I would directly talk to you about how much I am able to refund.Also, if for any reason I am unable to finish your commission you will get the full payment refunded.

Changes and Edits

I know that sometimes a commission can turn out not exactly how you envisioned it. That‘s one if the reasons why I send out sketches to see if everything looks fine an correct.Edits like changing a color or adding a detail (e.g. a tattoo I forgot to add) are always welcome to point out.
However, any additional edits must be made within a one month period after you've received the commission. I do not guarantee that I'll be able to make any changes after this time period.Edits to the sketch can be requested on the review stage. You are welcome to add redlines to point out changes that are difficult to explain.Unless because of a mistake on my side, any additional changes after sketch approval will lead to extra charges. Any changes that have to be made after the final stage (after a drawing was finished) will be charged at a higher rate.If you're unhappy with the sketches I provided and no longer feel like I'm a good fit for you, you can cancel the commission and receive a 75% refund.
